New immigration reform affect processing times?

Has anyone heard any buzz on how the newly passed immigration reform will affect processing times for our I129f petitions through the USCIS? For now, the USCIS is not taking applications or questions on the subject, but there are upward of 3 million people who may be eligible for the new adjustment with applications planned to open Feb to May, 2015. As a November filer, I cannot help but worry that personnel will be reappropriated and I129f processing times will grind even slower; like with everything else in this process, I may just have to be patient and wait and see, but if anyone has inside information...

I believe there is currently a hiring frenzy underway to have employees to work specifically on those cases. Supposedly there will be a all new center in VA/DC to handle those cases. Don't quote me though.

I really hope that's the case. This is quite ridiculous. It's already been a year since I applied as well and there has been no progress. I can only hope the next year brings more hope.

There is no new immigration reform.
