I just submitted my ds 260 and will be sending the docs to Nvc later in the day

If your application is still at Nvc you need to contact them and send the baby's birth certificate.. If the application is at the consulate then contact your consulate with the birth certificate .. Also your baby's passport needs to be ready when your spouse attends the interview

Birth certificate ok, so they don't need the passport.

Is this the only modifications

What about AOS form and DS-260?

Hey dears, we are in the same boat!!!

Yes I delivered a baby 30/03/2015. My situation is little different because my case was completed 25/03/2014.

After 1 year waiting I was scheduled IV this month. My PD- 23/07/2013 my IV date is 21/04/2015

Tommrw I was scheduled a medical exam for me and my new born baby. This is what I did...

1. When he was born we are immidiotly got birth certificate for him.

2. Immidiotly applied for our country passport for him.

3.sent both copies to the U.S. embassy and call the councilor.

4. She was told come to the embassy next day 2.00 pm and get a letter for him. That letter is must want to do medical and interview too.

Done...

After this we will do medical tommrw and we will attend the IV 21st this month. That's it.

Don't panic friends.

You don't want to send i 130 for your babies ...

They will added with your benifisories (derivatives)

Call your embassy or NVC to clear your doubts

I am in a little problem

I have a scan Date 04/01/2015

Now my baby born 04/15/15

I called them before 04/15/2015 and told them my wife might deliver the baby anytime by next week what should I do

She answered that when baby born I should send them the birth certificate and send it to them.

The problem is I didn't get the birth certificate yet and I have to document it in Ministry of Foreign affairs and translate it to English

But I have to wait one month and half to get computered birth certificate to document it in Ministry of Foreign affairs then translate.

Also, what if I translated it without documenting it in Ministry of Foreign affairs and what if I contacted NVC that I will send the birth certificate and my case is completed same time?????

Please help me on that if you could.
