Hi! I'm confused I got text last week noa2 approved now today I get form I-797 I never hear of this form. What should I do next? It has expiry date for April 4th. Is this form mean I should call Nvc or that it's on way to Senegal consulate? I cannot grasp this timeline, perhaps due to the fact I'm in early labor right now lol. Any advice on what this means, or what I should do?

It sounds like you got your official hardcopy Form I-797 visa petition acceptance letter, also known as NOA2. KEEP IT and DO NOT LOSE IT ! To get a duplicate Form I-797 will cost you in excess of $400. You will need it for later on your immigration journey. Your approved petition is likely now on its way to the NVC for processing, and then onto the interviewing embassy.

:guides: accessible at the top of the forum page. In particular, the K1 Flowchart (it sounds like you are at step#4): http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1flow

Good luck on your immigration journey.
