Is this our NOA1? It went to California. What does it mean?

2. Why it is being transferred right away?

3. Does that mean our packet of I-130 is ok?

4. Does that mean that the packet was reviewed and it is correct or it is being transferred automatically without the review?

That is your noa1. Your service center is California. They haven't reviewed it yet, they will do that in California

Thank you very much for your prompt answer. But I thought out packet goes to Texas according to the place we intend to live (Florida). Why to California?

I'm not sure how they decide, but California seems much faster

If you're currently residing outside the US with your spouse, that would be why you've been routed to California. Most of these cases are auto expedited and given a pretty quick NOA1. Best of luck

Most noa1 does not take that long ,it is the second notice that takes a while. Basically it is telling you that it has received your petition and is sending it to the service center it has determine or is designated by your case
