I'm on CGIFEDERAL web site, I made an account, filled out all the necessary fields for my fiance and now I'm stuck on the payment field. Payment field states that I can go to any Citibank branches and pay the amount with the CGI reference number that is provided to me. I was wondering, Can this be paid In U.S. location with Foreign currency? Citibank said it is possible, but Since the Website talks about CGI , they dont know what CGI REFERENCE NUMBER is (is it like ACCT number or what).

Please help me out, Thanks for your support
