So i no longer work with the company i was employed with n now i get personal checks, how do i go about sending nvc my current annual income n proof that i can support my husband...all i have now is my bank reciepts after i cashed the personal checks from the patient that i am working for..n i also make the same amount

Your situation may fall under self employed, the I-864 instructions are specific when it comes to this.

Yea thanks, that was my stupid dumb mistake..i didnt make copies...now im looking at check stubs to where i can print online of my earnings to date..and its for self employed peoples...

N its pretty cool..so this is my only solutions of earning statements

Do you happen to have a contract with the patient that stipulates the term of payment and service that is to be provided? The contract would help with your immigration related matters and also a legal one should one party fail to meet their obligation.

No i dont, im going to ask today if we can do that and get it notorized if that is good for my husbands support..im making the same amount

Would it be possible to get some check copies, from your employer, if not I would seek out a very good CPA.., he will know what to do.
