NVC Completes case but send a letter days later about.not meeting poverty guidelines, PLS HELP

Hi there every,

Recently my wife and I receive a letter from the NVC staying that it case was completed and ready to move in to the next stage, then earlier this morning we recieve another staying that we haven't met poverty guidelines and we need to submit a AOS for a joint sponsor, now, my wife makes more than the required amount which is.more.than the 125%. Can anyone advise us what to do or tell us what's going on?

Since you got a letter saying it was completed, it is most likely a glitch. But, to be sure, your wife should call NVC to check.
