Hello all, I have a question regarding an expedite that I want to request but I'm not sure if it's enough to go on. My fiance now lives in Egypt and her dad is sick. He has to get treated every month and usually spends two weeks at the hospital for that treatment. As I speak to him, he tells me he can't wait for the day where his daughter and I are together and happy. If we get hospital records to show his situation, would that allow for an expedite?

I don't think that you could expedite because of his health, seems counter productive as she'd be going away from him. I don't believe USCIS takes dying wishes into account. Now if her fiancé was Ill that would be different.

But there's the old addage that you don't know if you don't ask. Here's criteria:

No, why would it?
