First all I did some kind of data collection and some minimal analysis and I want to share it with you to show you how they were reporting only the field offices numbers till the last quarter of the Fiscal Year 2013.

The sources for this data analysis are from the following links,

USCIS Reports for I-130: http://www.uscis.gov/tools/reports-studies/data-set-form-i-130-petition-alien-relative

This data for all the family preference which includes,

F1, F2A, F2B, F3, F4

These categories receive 226,000 visas per year.

I tried to add the data directly here but it's not getting formatted properly so Please find the spreadsheet in the following link:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_-J0dY6OfqzMFpsVVdJd2wxeVU/view?usp=sharing

That's a pretty big number for the pending I130. For 2014 they approved 254,351

I tried to find a way to do the summation for the pending number for any FY always there is something wrong I don't know exactly if someone could help in how we can formulate the pending number.
