Just fluids and call if the pain remains or comes back worse or if she is running another high fever.

Everybody came home and took a nap. The family that naps together stays together.

His life is. He doesn't not, nor has ever wanted, his own children. Having a step-child is enough. He would be perfectly happy if she lived here, don't mistake that. In fact at one point in time he was angry that I wasn't fighting harder to have her with me, but the point was that I was trying to do was to make life easier for her vs going through a huge court battle. That is never good for children IMHO.

He would be a wonderful father, should life decide to make a way, and he is a good step-father, but having children were never a part of his life's plan.

Oh I was being sarcastic, that can be hard to read on the internet.

Don't worry, I get that some people don't want kids. It is a ridiculous ton of work and most semblances you had of freedom are thrown out the window. I don't think I got exactly how much my life would change before I had my daughter. She's fantastic, so I'm not complaining, but I get the allure of not having kids.
