We had Greek chicken stir-fry, pitas, and taziki for supper. Watching Rudolph the red nosed reindeer. We will open a present later and write a letter to Santa.

No we write one and thank Santa for any gifts he may leave. It's not to ask for presents.

Turkey was absolutely amazing! Turning on the convection was a good move, good thing I asked Steve about that it convinced hubby to use it. He wouldn't listen to me before

Ate so much but I saved room for pie :D

Moved my patio table out of the den so I can put the presents under the tree later.

Tomorrow we cook 2 hams, :P

Hillbilly must have thought "them Chinamen know how to cook", that's why he used the connection. He profiled the Chinese!

Did you brine the turkey? If not, try it.

I think it's more like he was afraid his wife was right!

No we didn't brine the turkey, but this turkey was so moist and tender you would of sworn it was.

One of the girls in the office made me a tiramisu, it's awesome!

I make tiramisu bowl, but as I hate coffee I use hot chocolate yummy :D

I'm going to use the convection tomorrow. Have a turkey breast, sweet potatoes, ham, and stuffing to cook tomorrow. :) chocolate tiramisu sounds lovely! And I like the regular.
