Turkey was absolutely amazing! Turning on the convection was a good move, good thing I asked Steve about that it convinced hubby to use it. He wouldn't listen to me before

Moved my patio table out of the den so I can put the presents under the tree later.

I think it's more like he was afraid his wife was right!

No we didn't brine the turkey, but this turkey was so moist and tender you would of sworn it was.

I'm going to use the convection tomorrow. Have a turkey breast, sweet potatoes, ham, and stuffing to cook tomorrow. chocolate tiramisu sounds lovely! And I like the regular.

Gonna try making cornbread stuffing because I think hubs may be used to that.
