Garlic is the most powerful antiviral known. If you can stand the taste of it, chop up fine garlic, mix it with hot water, and sip on it over time, the liquid will kill most bacteria and virus that it touches on the way down. You can also mix a zinc tablet in that solution. It'll taste like crapola though.

Otherwise, there's no cure for most viruses, you'll have to wait for your own immune system to defeat it over time.

Most times, the blood in mucus is a ruptured capillary from stress placed on the nasal cavity or respiratory tract during illness, from coughing, blowing nose, etc.. A lot of blood should cause alarm. at any rate, seeing a doctor wouldn't hurt.

I have officially come to the conclusion that my husband is quite possibly one of the useless people in the world when it comes to tools or fixing things in a house. He didn't even know what a drain snake was or what it could be used for.

so that means, I have to fix everything. Along with doing all the housework. And the vehicle maintenance. He can replace a bumper of course and I assume he knows how to mow a lawn. But beyond that, I will just assume he doesn't know about ANYTHING else.

I don't offer Uncle Darnell Man Training Classes in your area, but maybe he can find something similar at the local community college in the TRADE SKILLS area ? Most community colleges offer training in house construction, welding, and what nots, some actually have certificate programs.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

She did behave very well. This was the first year that we could get her to with Santa. She sat on two of them this year, as they had one at homedepot too.

maybe that's how it is here...

back home, doctors' meds work well for me. i get better in a day or two. this is my 4th day and counting...

suggest a double dose of EmerGenC each morning, that'll get you through till at least 14:00 each day. Normally it's a preventative, but when yer sick like this, it can help in other ways.
