I've just decided I won't eat fish while here. Well unless we go fishing for trout and that won't happen anytime soon, since trout is not around us.

I love fish. I had some great frozen cod from Iceland this week. Our tiny market in town always has cod, herring, and salmon. Yummy.

Mmmm squid, octopus, lobster, crab.... ocean goodness.

Tilapia is always yuck.

I only buy wild caught fish.

This summer we will try trout. 2 years ago we got like 7 of them but they went bad by the time the boys were ready with the grill (/facepalm.) Last year we let the fish because people suck. :)

I haven't gone cod fishing in a few years, because it's friggin cold, and the water is turned off at the dock in the winter, and the boats a mess on the return. But when I used to go, I'm not kidding, I'd come back with a thousand pounds of Atlantic cod....

I don't buy fish I look at it and think how much of a rip off it is here. I miss being able to fish the lakes back home.
