personally, the thing that makes it worst for me is being so far away from family. if i was living in indonesia, or malaysia, or thailand, i could easily take a trip home to see my family every few months, even monthly would be doable. but flying from here to singapore, i gotta think about how long a trip i should take to make the flight 'worth' it, how long it will take to get over jet lag, how much time off i can get from work, plus of course the cost of airfare.

it seems so hopeless sometimes.

i don't know why i'm so frustrated. maybe because we had plans, we were going to go out together. but suddenly he was stopping by a bar to meet his friend. and suddenly they were going to be at the bar for "a little bit longer". then suddenly he was going to stay over. then suddenly all our plans went poof. oh well.

we still have one more weekend day. so maybe what i need to do is just forget this happened last night and push our yesterday plans to today. yep.

That cat looks pissed off. Long haired cats are a pain. Well all cats can be a pain actually.

Tiff's cousin. The good one. We call him "fat boy" in Chinese. The one that attended Columbia (for a year), the electrician apprentice....

I like Fat boy. I help him out, gave him a copy of a credit card. he makes the payments. On several occasions, he was late paying it, I monitor it. I catch it, I pay it before the due date. Just the minimum payment. This month, I didn't catch it. So he got charged late fee plus a bump in interest rate. I dunno how many times I tell him to make his payments before the 20th. I tell him, not even 1 day late. Grrr.....
