If you like god mode games (like sim city) you'd like the Civ games. Also the old warcraft and starcraft have some single player stuff that's fun. I enjoy the borderlands games, skyrim and oblivion (but both are heavy on graphics and processors), and there is diablo 3 as well. You can also try the zoo/rollercoaster/etc... tycoons and minecraft.

not game recommendations but computer recommendations. as in a desktop that'll just sit in a corner and used exclusively for games.

(but hey, i will check out some of those games too!)

Everyone is scarce, so I shall soliloquize, o sole mio man.

Half-Tuesday report, half-see man:

Awoke in immediate need of a nap, more zzz man.

Mini-B. awakens sleepily with bags under his eyes, chip of old block man.

Mini-B. states, "Daddy, I sleep only by myself. Do you sleep by yourself?"

We just avoided saying something about rubias, Mrs. T-B. right there man.

Left casa without jacket, warm enough at Many degrees F. man.

(Texas again Many, Nueva York again zero or less, whee man.)

However, weather supposed to start sucking again as of tomorrow eve, sigh man.

Must return to overwhelming demand for pre-owned toilet seats, $i man.

Must, as ever, personally test each for quality and comfort before packaging, me man.

Order yours today, whee man!

I was woken from my nap :ranting: during one of the first times I was actually dreaming and what a weird dream it was.

Guess the lack of dreaming meant I needed a weird one.

I was on a tour bus touring some place and doing chocolate and sweets tasting from store to store. :luv:(L)

Oh and it was the year of the Flamingo too

It's nice here today too. Tornado is outside testing her screaming ability. She states in her sweetest little voice I like screaming!

Lucas has decided morning naps are no longer needed

Well I gave up trying to figure out this disability stuff for the older girl. Made an appointment with a lawyer.

I mostly have her taxes figured out. Thank goodness for TurboTax.

They have to make it hard because so many people abuse the disability system. It really is a shame.

I am frustrated with taxes and I know that the W-2s are not at the deadline point yet, but 3 employers and not a single W-2 yet. I'm not sure if my husband is getting a W-2 or 1099 for one of them for last year, but grrrrr. I like filing taxes early.

oh well hey..

uhm... I build my own desktop and they're not cheap. Mine is 2 years old and including monitors and case, was $1500. But it's still super fast so if you spend the money, IMHO, you get what you pay for.

Shopping from the place I bought my parts from... http://www.microcenter.com/product/439621/M32AD-US019S_Desktop_Computer or http://www.microcenter.com/product/439619/M32AD-US021S_Desktop_Computer

Get a SSD if you want it to be faster like http://www.microcenter.com/product/442386/850_EVO_Series_250GB_SATA_III_6Gb-s_25_Internal_SSD_Single_Unit_Version_MZ-75E250B-AM.

I have two in the computer right now and I'd like for one to just have my OS on it, while the other has games. They're super fast, don't need cooling, and you won't ever smash your head into your desk going "WHY IS IT SOOO SLOW??" especially with an i-7 processor. I try to stick with intel for processors lately because they just require less cooling. Also if you can, get windows 7 put on vs windows 8.

dunno why that second link isn't working.

You're welcome. :) I was trying to find you some prebuilt stuff... but you can take bits and pieces. I wouldn't do less than 8Gb of ram, anything lower than a 670 or 770 geforce vid card, or anything slower than an i-5. Don't make me pull out the specs for my comp... LOL

It wouldn't be so bad if they would separate the federal disability and state disability information better.

We just started getting in W-2's in from the ballpark for 3 of the kids. The one boy who works at Lowe's hasn't got his in yet or the hubby. He likes getting the taxes done early too. I started on the taxes from the Etsy store in December wanted to take my time since I never did anything like that before. Still a few more things to enter then I'm done.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
