No, not stalking my wife. I can see it, maybe, in hindsight, but I wasn't seeking her at the Church. Seeking other folk. Not Her.

I not go during the time (4th quarter) she was showing up after services to speak with the MC, at all. I didn't even know about it until I saw the billing and asked the MC about it, late in December.

yeah, there's that, but I've already had 2 hearings about it, judge ruled in my favor. Did it p|ss off my wife's attorney? Absolutely ! At the end of each hearing, I asked the judge for permission to talk with her attorney, explain Texas Law to the Attorney, and asked that the Judge entail the attorney to give over an accurate translation of Texas Law to my wife. Once my wife fully understood this stuff, she finally realized that the lawyer had not only been lying to her, but actually presented shoddy paperwork that prolonged the calendar.

Her attorney was not happy about it, being entailed in such a fashion, but for me, it simply proved up to the Judge that this attorney doesn't know what she's doing in Texas. In California? Maybe, but we ain't there and this attorney needs to stop using the electronic forms from California in the final go-round or I'm gonna file a 4th complaint on her. The first three were already investigated and she's about to lose her ability to practice law in Texas because of it. I don't play.

I feel bad for my wife - we never needed an attorney for representation, and the attorney she engaged is very shoddy and lacksidaisical on her paperwork. Still, with me being the petitioner, I have a modicum of control over what's being filed with the court, and since I'm ProSe the Judge listens to all of my objections about her paperwork, and actually acted on my objections as well.

All n all, I'm happy my wife found an attorney through the Church - it's a relief for me, really.

oh. hahaha - we have 1 joint bank account - i put money in it for her use.

she can't touch my individual accounts and i can't touch hers. I put money into the joint back account per schedule. These things are already set in the temporary orders and those are filed and signed by a judge.

i not understand 'where' in StevKlar's question prior, as there's a lot of stuff she cannot touch. Most of it, I cannot touch directly and regardless, but I set it up that way, ages past after selling 2 companies.

If she wanted a tonne o cash quickly, she could sell her real-estate portfolio - but she doesn't know what to do with it, apparently. And that's ok for TY2014 - at least she gets me to pay the taxes on the properties that are in her name as part of our joint tax filing.

as a label? na - not for some time, even after it's finalized. I know, pathetic, but it is what it is.

I'll probably need 2 to 3 years to be 'normal' again, after we divorce.
