It has been pretty much the standard to allow them in every school I've encountered. Here, they are allowed, but if you take it out during the day and are caught, your parents have to come and retrieve the phone from the principal.

In other news, I went to Church today. This is a Chinese church nearby. Didn't go in for the service, but went in afterwards, hoping to catch and talk to the marriage counselor and her attorney, in a non-counselling, non-legal setting about other topics related to the marriage.....

<Bear with me here, it's a bit long>

Couldn't speak to the folks I wanted to speak with. No one in, they all scooted after the service.. Started talking with the Head Pastor, going over my stuff with God, a bit of the Chaos from 2014, and then at the end - he tells me to contact him at his office during the week - he's a CPA and does other stuff - but

I've never seen him before at this Church. I know the man, personally, as me and my krewe removed his humongous greenhouse from his house in May, for 3 weeks, and set it up at a Church-run garden around the corner from this church...

When I finally twigged to it - I told him - Hey ! It's ME ! Sure, I'm 70 pounds lighter and you not recognize me - but it's ME ! I had no idea he was the head man at this church, either. Linkages:

1. We go together in March, attend service, talk with a bunch of folk in social settings, thinking this would be our home church as it's 2 miles from the House.

2. I find the Marriage Counselor through this Church in April, she's a member, see her often in April and May, begging my wife to come with me.

3. Wife starts meeting with Marriage Counselor there at the Church on Sundays after the service, after we separate, about 20 times since September.

4. Wife's attorney is a member at that Church, recommended by the Marriage Counselor. Shoddy paperwork, but it is what it is.

5. Some Community Organizer is at that Church, helped my wife with a myriad of things in October and November.

6. God pulls me to this Church in December, I rededicate my life to God at this Church in mid-December

7. I meet the Head Pastor today, and I know the man...

Twisted? I don't think so. It's all connected, and actually I'm feeling a lot better because of it - fully realizing today, why God pulled me to this Church back in March...

I'm in a different mindset today, seeing all these linkages finally from start to finish. I'm feeling overwhelmed, but warm with the Hand of God nudging my shoulder in the right direction.
