Thought for the Day, see man: When we awaken, look in the mirror, and exactly resemble the foto on our driver's license, we KNOW we're hung over, hic man.

See, I was right about your house. Hoarders paradise?

Oj nie, Dear. Just segments of it, each gettable-under-control with a little around-moving and a couple of hours and envisioning optimal end results, see ma'am. Entire trash bag from today's effort was about the size of a large shoe bag, si ma'am.

Of note, the stuff that had been expired the longest was very properly in the containers with appropriate labels, contrary to logic man. Out of sight, out of mind, no see man.

The clutteration and disorganization were caused by a combination of my having picked up an item here and there over time and of Mrs. T-B.'s having periodically dumped individual items in the closet, me and she man.

The good news is that the extras of everything had been bought on sale at some point and are all consumable items that will eventually be duly consumed, consume man.

Edited to add, see man: The clothing element in the closet (mostly mine, some of Mrs. T-B.'s) has also been dealt with, and very recently, see report from December Many'st, see man. Tried on all suits and donated Many, etc., e.g. man. Still have a great Many dress-shirts, but those get selectively purged after I wear them and decide that they're merely average or I'm tired of them, see man. On principle, I will not donate them straight from the dry-cleaners, no man; I shall get the value from said cleaning and then donate them, wear-then-donate man. And Mrs. T-B. periodically purges her apparel, she man.
