Many bucks a month no sign up fee and they are open at Many AM yay !!

That's either a LOT of money or quite a bargain, oj tak. They're either open too early or too late, si ma'am.

Yesterday I spent Many. Many (2x2x2+2+1.5) (11.5) hours! That was the word end of the year we had for Many (2x2x2x2+2) (18) years I've worked here...

What's that strange squiggle after the 1. and 11., oj huh? And why do you insult our intelligence by using non-P-math hieroglyphics, oj huh?

I have to stop at 2 NYE parties later......and I dun even wanna go to either one.....

Mrs. T-B. would describe you as an agua fiesta, sigh man. Actually, all of us gringos are aguas fiestas, technically man.

WCG (World's Cheapest Gringo) is currently in Ecu, and writes, see man:

"New years in Ecuador is out of control. There are men dressed like ladies on every intersection demanding money from motorists. While driving this evening, I almost hit one of them while driving through the checkpoint. As I drove through the checkpoint, I spun the wheels and made quite a racket. The neighbor next door parked his car along the road and strung a rope from his car to across the street. He used the rope to stop the cars while his daughter collected money. I'm compelled to try this next time to make money."

We perceived this as widespread lawlessness, si man.

However, Mrs. T-B. contradicts this fully, she man.

The wacko behavior is tradition and not a shakedown, see here man.

One need not actually give money to the beggars, no man.

It's all part of this most important of Many,000 Ecu holidays, see here man.

Thus spaketh Mrs. T-B., Ecuatoriana she man.

We did a 16 page review of Donny's age 4 science from the big bang through elementary chemistry and physics, the formation of complex chains of elements binding via covalent bonding, resulting in proto-cellurlar life and the universal common ancestor. From there we picked up evolution, visited the dinosaurs and the asteroid impact that killed them, the survival of the mammals and evolution of man. Then the real exciting stuff: the Out of Africa migrations, the ethnic groups that formed by world region, and finally the European conquest of the Americas. Leif Ericson gets a nod long before Columbus of course, but the Vikings didn't have the weapons and cavalry of the conquistadors. The ironic denouement is Magellan getting killed by the Lapu-Lapu in the Philippines for saying the Spanish were going to subjugate them.

I never tied his curriculum together before like that and I can't believe he just slogged through over 2500 words of high school level science and history. The only new thing I added was black holes in space, but it was important to demonstrate proof of the big bang theory. I told him he could have the day off of school today if he did it, and he thought that really reasonable. lol.
