Hi everyone! Good day!

Sorry that I have been so busy... anyways few days before my 60th day I have found out that we need to resubmit our aos form because we had the answer to question #19 incorrect. But what I am wondering is that we never received any email from them about informing us formally over email about our rfe/checklist... is it normal that you don't really get an email when you find out about it over the phone?

I called NVC two days ago that they have checklist for us (minor changes on AOS). They said they will email us with checklist soon. They don't have a specific date to send out an email with checklist. We hope to get it soon.

Incorrect as in will it get you a checklist? Are you sure? Maybe not.

Hi... I got a checklist by calling the NVC. And got the email after 4 weeks.

Oatmeal, just wondering... did you respond to the checklist between hearing about it over the phone and getting a written request? If so, do you believe that responding to it as soon as you heard about it saved you time? Or, does it really matter?

That is also what nvc told us... they told us what exactly we have to do and told us we can resubmit it as soon as possible and not wait for the email anymore...

I also contacted NVC yesterday after 65th day. They informed that there is check list for AOS but what is the issue no idea. We have filled the AOS correctly. Can we talk to them and get the reply and re-submit of our own. It appears that NVC may not post or email check list.

Hi! Well maybe yoi have to ask what exactly it is that you have to change or have gotten incorrectly because with our case they told us exactly what question number we have gotten incorrectly and adviced us that we can make a new aos form and submit it as soon as possible and that we do not have to wait for the email anymore...
