Our case status says in transit

Can we fill out the ds160 in the meantime and submit it.

Little confused

I dont want to waste some time

Yes, you should be able to fill out the DS-160 now. In some countries, you can also get the medical exam done if you have the case #. I don't know how it is in Turkey though.

But if i fill it out they will ask me to schedule an interview

However i havent got my case there yet?

Would i be able to still schedule one

Fill out what?

And like I said, I don't know how the medical is arranged in Turkey. I just know that in some countries, such as my fiancee's (Indonesia), all she needed was the case # to set the appointment up with the med clinic. She scheduled the med appointment a couple days before the petition reached the Jakarta consulate.

You might want to contact the med clinic to ask.

Not sure if we need to worry about the expiration of NOA2. Our NOA 2 is going to expire in 3 weeks, and so far, we only have an email(March 7th) from USCIS service request said they sent to wrong location, and will called back the file and then send it to NVC.

However, so far we have not got any notice from TSC. Not sure what will happen if NOA 2 expires before they do something......

My NOA2 expired a few days before it arrived at NVC. There weren't any problems or delays due to that, and our petition approval was extended by 4 months (not sure by who, but that's what it says on my fiancee's visa).

In other words, that's one thing you don't have to worry about...
