NVC Stage After USCIS Confirmation

On 25 October 2014, i checked USCIS website for status checking
they said Case transfered to NVC and got mail by post that on 2Nov,2014 case transferred to NVC.

NVC will contact you.If you don't receive correspondence from NVC in 30 days you can contact them on nvcinquiry@state. gov

I waited for 30 days and send email as they provided the format.

No revert came from NVC.

Now i am in dilemma that when nvc will send me letter

whether they received my case from uscis.

How can and where i can check the status from nvc as they are not replying the emails..

Any body help..when can i expect any leeter from nvc

what and how should i proceed ..its been more than 50 days...

You could try giving them a call...ask for your case number and Invoice number...try to get both at the same time. They are both very important numbers that you will need throughout the NVC process. When you call have Beneficiary's name and birthday handy as they will not give you any info without them .

Getting through to NVC on the phone takes anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes in most cases...patience is key .

The number to call is 603-334-0700...if you get a busy signal just keep redialing until you get through. I use Skype to call NVC from the Netherlands...much cheaper .

IS there no confirmation from nvc side that whether they got case from USCIS and processing it without making us call them and ask them whether you received it.

Eventually you should receive and email if you signed up for email updates...but not everyone seems to be receiving them . I received an email but it was after I called NVC and asked fr the case and invoice number . You cant pay the invoices unless you have both so make sure to ask for both.

i got mail by post that states notice

I797 Notice of action

it was from uscis

they said we have sent original petition to NVC

after 3 or 4 days

they changed status on USCIS website that we moved this pettion to nvc

After that i did not get any confirmation from nvc neither in email nor in post

i asked my fiancee to call them...they said near about 25dec u will receive the letter..

Which invoice number you are talking

Acc to me in the letter which will come around 25 dec they will specify the case number and send me further instructions

please let me know if i am missing anything
