Hi everyone I got married before vawa approval, but still got my i360 approve whats going to happen on greencard interview

The Vawa Law is clear if the alien gets married prior l360 adjudication the self petition should be denied .THe immigration officer did not know you got married or he did not pay attention what he was doing .I believe your AOS will be denied taking in consideration what the Vawa Law states..Later I will post here the link from Uscis about this matter.

"Your Form I-360 will be denied if you re-marry prior to the approval of the Form I-360. Remarriage after the Form I-360 has been approved will not affect the validity of the petition".

Vawa Unit officer did not notice that you got married prior of he I360 adjudication, and probably the AOS officer will deny your case.
