I just got my I-130 petition approved for my wife in the Philippines. I know it will be sent to the nvc for the next part. I have to wait for the case number and mcn number. I was hoping someone one from the Philippines who has been thru this process recently can help me thru this process. Can my wife start getting documents ready that she will need? and what documents will she need. I think she will need police clearance nbi clearance, nso birth certificate, Nso marriage certificate, copy of her passport info page. I know I will have to do the aos and I have everything ready except letter from employment which I can get when it is time. Also when we send everything in do we need to send more proof of our relationship such as text msg chat logs or at this stage do they just want the require information, since USCIS is sending them our I-130 packet

thank you

The embassy instructions letter lists everything that is required, even if you already sent it to USCIS and/or NVC, still need it again for USEM.

Police certificate is only required if your wife lived in a foreign country, from 16 years of age or older for 6 months or more. (for NVC when they ask for police certificate send them the NBI)
