So this morning I received multiple emails one after another telling me USCIS received our petition on July 3... No update on our case and we hit 5 months yesterday. What gives? Is this just a cruel joke TSC wants to play now? Anyone else have this?

Our K-1 at Texas Service Center

I-129F Sent: 07-02-14 (USPS Overnight Express)
I-129F Rcvd: 07-03-14
NOA1: 07-08-14

NOA1 Hardcopy: 07-14-14

ARN Changed: 07-16-14

NOA2: 01-23-15 (199 days)

Sent to NVC: 01-27-15

NOA2 Hardcopy: 01-30-15 (No consulate listed, inquiry opened)

NVC Received: 02-06-15 (Case # assigned)

NVC Sent: 02-19-15

London Embassy Received: 02-23-15

Readiness Submitted: 03-02-2015

Packet 3 Received: 03-03-2015

Packet 4 Received: 03-12-2015

Medical: 03-04-15 (Passed)

Interview: 04-10-2015 (Approved!)

Visa Issued: 04-15-2015

Visa In Hand: 04-21-2015

POE: 05-03-2015

Wedding: July 10, 2015

15-Aug-2014: NOA1

18-Aug-2014: Alien number changed

02-Mar-2015: NOA2

19-Mar-2015: Called and received number from NVC

20-Mar-2015: NVC left

23-Mar-2015: Consulate received

26-Mar-2015: Packet 3 received

10-Apr-2015: Packet 4 sent

23-Apr-2015: Packet 4 received

08-May-2015: Interview Date (Approved)

19-May-2015: Visa received

Ironically.. I missed an email from my senator's office that they sent off a request to USCIS about our case this morning. A few hours later I received those spam emails. Hopefully this means it's something good!

I just got it too. One email and three text messages. It got me excited but actually nothing new: the status is still under "initial review". Huge bummer ... I think it only means their website is working again.

8/28/14：I-129F sent

9/4/14: $340 check posted to my bank account

9/5/14: email and text acceptance confirmation received

9/8/14: online status shows Alien Registration Number changed

9/12/14: Form I-797C received in the mail

4/7/15: Got text message and email saying the case was approved

4/9: Form I-797 received in the mail

4/13: Got text message and email saying the case was sent to the Department of State for visa processing

4/20: Called NVC and was told they just received it today

4/22: Called NVC, no case# yet

4/27: Called NVC, got case#, invoice# and beneficiary id#
