Note also that the Ds-156k was sent later with the checklist separate from the Ds-156 (I thought this was a fiance only thing, but the checklist said to send, so I sent it later with the checklist).

The above is from a topic in the U.K. Regional forum. Can anyone provide me some advice or input to this situation. I called and found out today that they have received the Ds-230 and the Ds-156 on January 26th and are processing (currently running a background check on name), but cannot say if they have received the checklist. Do you folks this was a bad move; have others sent them separately (the checklist said to send the forms in ASAP and then send the checklist later on). I asked the telephone assistant, and she told me that if I so chose, I could send the checklist again. This is for a K3, so should I re-submit the Ds-156k that was mailed out with that checklist too?
