No, it's absolutely true...I've seen it firsthand

It's also great all around healthwise...seriously. I dilute water with a tablespoon daily. I don't have the scientific reasons for this, but I can tell you I, and others I know, have benefitted greatly from it.

I have more energy, my cholesterol has come down *without changing any other aspect of my diet/exer*, when I eat something I shouldn't, immediately afterwards I drink acv & water & I don't gain weight. I've lost weight in the past and dieting is all well and good, but I've found with the same diet and same workout routine, I've burned more calories and lost more weight consistantly everytime I compare ACV weeks to non ACV weeks.

Also, this old woman I used to know...she was taking ACV from the time she was in her 20s. A tablespoon a day. When I tell you that she was still ridiing her bike to the store at 85, that's no word of a lie. Obviously I'm not gonna be all 'that's all from ACV!!! but she claimed it was a very integral part of her health. Do I know for sure? Nope, but what the heck can it hurt?

ACV also took down a swollen bruise I had. Well ACV and slices of potato, lol. I fell really bad on a marble floor and seriously hurt myself. I fell so hard that I was feeling my leg with my eyes closed cos I expected a bone to be sticking out of my leg. I had this bruise right below my knee on the inner leg that was immediately purple and HUGE and very hot. The potato took away the heat, but the ACV on a rag somehow took down much of the swelling right away. I don't know how, but I swear it did.
