I just wanted you to know that I sent my paperwork in the same time you did(but to Vermont) and I just got my noa2 this week....................fingers crossed for you, believe me I know EXACTLY how you feel-the waiting is torture. We are all happy for those who get approvals, but it is hard when you are waiting and read about people breezing through in days. I hope and pray you get your approval soon.

Took us nearly 6 months to get our NOA2 from CSC. We were in background checks the whole time and no one told us a thing UNTIL we got the congressman involved.

I do so feel for you both. I was in a similar situation - first of all waiting for the divorce to be finalised (took an eternity) and then submitting I129F to Nebraska, which was notoriously slow.

However, now a year down the line and we are married and together and it all fades into a distant memory, but it was HELL at the time. It is the not knowing which wears you down and not being able to do a darned thing about it.

Can you plan another visit? Anyway, here's sending lots of mojo your way.

I know u prob heard it all before and sorry if it sucks hearing it again, but before you know it, bang itll be there and then things will start moving so fast itll make your head spin.

I remember those BLAH days where you just feel like hitting, throwing, kicking something or just tell the whole darn world to pi$$ off, but it does get better!

In meantime, chin up, have lots of lovely, hopefully not too stressfull chats with your hun, and keep dreamin bout that future of yours together, its at hands reach, believe me!

I know exactly how you feel! I know that we are getting a different visa, but it is so hard seeing someone get approved less than a month after sending in the petition when I have been waiting since November for approval on K-3 and since October for the CR-1. I try to think positive because there are a lot of people who have been waiting longer than me, but usually I just end up sad for them and me.

I am sorry your feeling down. I call this a roller coaster ride and we are at the bottom hoping for a ride to the top soon. Take care and try and stay positive. It is not easy and it does hurt when you see others progress and you wonder why your stuck? Happy for everyone moving ahead but sad and confused on your status.
