Yes i filed everything in my Married Name and put my Maiden Name on the "other names" part. I had my biometrics like 2-3 weeks after we sent the whole packet. I even have my interview date date already on the 12th of January. Im just confused what name to use when i send the documents back

You don't need a lawyer. Continue to use your married name. Send them a copy of your marriage certificate to prove your name change. Several people have begun to receive this same RFE in regards to the EAD. The EAD and AP are processed separately from the I-485, so it appears that some adjudicators want to see a copy of the marriage certificate when you apply for the EAD in your married name, since all you send with the I-765 is a copy of your passport bio page in your maiden name as ID.

Oh i see. Thanks you so much. At least that clears things up coz i was about to make an appointment with a lawyer (which i heard would cost about $100), just to explain something like that to me.
