Hi,

How long does it take to renew a Philippine Passport?

We plan to travel to the Philippines in mid May 2015 but my passport

will expire in June 2015. Will I get my passport before May?

I want to buy the tickets now while it's cheaper. I'm going to renew it

at the Philippine Consulate in Washington DC as soon as I am

done with the report of marriage (Chicago Philippine consulate).

No matter which consulate location it will take about 4-6 weeks.

Thank you! By the way, do youguys have any idea how long the report of marriage process takes? I already submitted my docs to the chicago phil embassy on dec 9. The embassy received my docs the next day. I'm just hoping I'll get it before the holidays so I can process my passport renewal.
