Well I think you guys from November got caught up in the change and thats where the confusion is coming from. When we went to the iv registration page its now a 3 in 1 process. Register with DHL, pay visa fee, schedule interview. We didnt have the option to pay on day of interview, it had to be paid before we could schedule appointment. Also when we registered with DHL which is the first step, it gave us an option to pick it up or have it sent. It didnt give us a waybill number either

OK, walk me through what you did.

1. Did you register at https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-JM/niv

2. Did you go back in and input your receipt from payment online or embassy?

3. Do you see a waybill number on your account from #1?

4. Does he have a photo ID? When we picked up our visa, all he had was his driver's license to pick it up. He will need some kind of photo ID. They did not ask for waybill number or confirmation page. But we picked it up in Montego Bay

Thats not the link that they are using for us to register. They are now using the immigrant visa (green pages) site for registration, payment and scheduling

Yeah the system is a complete mess and when you contact the support group it took them a week to answer off course with the wrong answer cause what they did was create more problems

And especially when after you pay the screen says do not continue with this process until you get an appt letter ( i took a screen shot of that screen), yet if you email or call them they say to go ahead and schedule!.. We just received our appt letter today, yet we scheduled the interview on December 1. So who knows....I just know its way more confusing than it needs to be.

So.... I too am having this issue with DHL and the Embassy and our case was an expideted one.

Visa was approved 12/5. CEAC updated to issued on 12/8... Still waiting for tracking info to pick up the visa. I called the help line for ais.usvisa-info.com and was told that everything was registerd correctly by me on 11/5. I emailed the embassy this morning and will have my husband call DHL to see if it has made it there for pick up.

All of this to say that anothe person approved on the same day picked up their visa on 12/10 from DHL and the registration site NEVER updated.

I will let you all know the outcome later today.
