So I got an email From the website were we supposed to register for DHL asking to turn in the supporting documents WHAT DOCUMENTS??? he dint get a 221g at his interview the embassy sent me an email saying his paper's already at DHL, so I call they say YES you need to turn in documents I say what document they say they don't know so who the HECK knows JESUS CHRIST what is wrong with these ppl are they nutts or is it just me my papers gonna be there going on 2 and a half week and no one to claim it because these ppl keep messing up. So I email the embassy again now all I have to do is wait another week for them to answer GREAT by the way I HATE THEM...

Did you do this

"Once you have completed this step you'll take a screenshot or copy the entire page and pasted it into a Word doc, scan and email it to kingstonIVappointment@state.gov with proper email format to communicate with embassy."

So sorry to hear this. Just when you think everything is taken care of and you will have ur visa soon in hand! UGH! I don't know why this embassy is so messed up. Praying for you.

Thanks dear but it's not the embassy is this STUPID dhl registration website they don't know what there doing SMH

So you think the DHL is getting it confused and that they embassy didn't tell them to do that? Well yea that's just crazy!

Yes cause the embassy already sent me an email saying that the package is already at dhl and that I just need to register with dhl

Aaaah well yea. I wish I would've kept the name of the woman I spoke to this am. She seemed to know the process and what was going on. I hope it gets resolved soon!

Maybe he can just try and pick it up, you never know.

I call DHL In Kingston they told me the only way he can pick it up he has to have that number and the only way to get it I had to register with dhl online because it was issued by the government it wasn't just a regular mail so I email the embassy they say to contact DHL once again I'm screwed. .so my last hope to contact the senators office hopefully they can help me SMH

1. Did you register at https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-JM/niv

2. Did you go back in and input your receipt from payment online or embassy?

3. Do you see a waybill number on your account from #1?

4. Does he have a photo ID? When we picked up our visa, all he had was his driver's license to pick it up. He will need some kind of photo ID. They did not ask for waybill number or confirmation page. But we picked it up in Montego Bay

Yes they got me registered because I couldn't do it cause it was asking for me to pay for interview so they did and I got an email saying I was registered and that I just need to check the status for my waybill number.

2. Did you go back in and input your receipt from payment online or embassy?

I don't have receipt fiance said he gave back all papers including his receipt to the lady at the window the day of the interview ( still don't know why)..

3. Do you see a waybill number on your account from #1?

Nope

4. Does he have a photo ID? When we picked up our visa, all he had was his driver's license to pick it up. He will need some kind of photo ID. They did not ask for waybill number or confirmation page. But we picked it up in Montego Bay

I tough of that so I call Dhl in Kingston and they told me he need the waybill number because it was government issued and not regular mail..

I will have him do that tomorrow see if they will give it to him thank you

Walk in with TRN, voters card or License

and just say he is there to pick up PP, do not

bring up waybill, if asked about it ..then he

says he does not have it with him

Good idea I will tell him to do that thank you I also send information to my senator don't know how much it will help tho
