Hi Everyone. My friend is looking for an attorney that does K-3 Spousal Visas, that has an office in the Philippines and would like them to have a second office hear in the states. Although the US office isnt a requirement in his search.Ive done some searches on Google but I was hoping that someone on the board might have had an attorney that they were real happy with.Myself and my fiencee are doing her Visa ourselves but my friend cannot read or write very well so I suggested that he should probably get an attorney.Thanks-Gary

Which island? I have friends living in Cagayan on Mindanao that could probably give me a reference. Keep in mind attorneys work a little different in the Philippines so the process could take much longer to complete. What is the reason to get a Filipino attorney may I ask?

He was the one who helped a famous actress singer with her problem in immigration. I heard he is really good. But i know he changed a lot (of course)....Another one is a filipino who has a show at channel 13 aired every saturday. The title of his show is Amerika at iba pa....

Good luck to u and GOD BLESS

Atty. Garfunkil usually charges $200-250/hour (same price he charge at his NY office). But for assistance, he charged my sister's friend p20,000.00 for her Immigrant visa petition.
