Just got a text and email from USCIS on Sunday night! !!

they are supposed to make the site more update friendly. Maybe it will start sending out email updates when something happens with the cases. It would really cut down on their incoming phone calls.

There are a ton of people on a Facebook group I follow who's cases disappeared after the last update. I think its a glitch in the system that will be fixed with this update they did today.

That is good. I wish I would of got a msg like that. I am waiting on reply from my rfe respond I sent. It has only been 20 days since RFE and since oct 9th for petition,but I think I could of handle the wait so much better if I will not have gotten a RFE so quick.

I received 4 texts at 11.21 am today stating my case was updated. Nebraska I130 NOA1 Aug 6. My case was never accessible online after the switch to the new website layout. It worked ok on the automated phone updates, then it quit working last week. Now both the online and phone state "On Aug 6 we received your..." I was hoping that approval was on the way but apparently they are just fixing the system glitches?

Yes they fixed the system finally but I'm still holding out hope that those approvals are coming right behind this. They have to be!!
