OMG i just received our NOA2 notification via email too! waiting for the hard copy now YAY congrats everyone from CSC! It's definitely a happy new years :)

K1 Visa Process:

12/6/14 - I129F petition sent to the USCIS lockbox via USPS Priority mail / 12/10/14 - Petition received @ USCIS lockbox / 12/15/14 - NOA1 Email and text message received

12/22/14 - NOA1 hard copy received / 1/2/15 - NOA2 Email received / 1/13/15 - NOA2 hard copy received

1/26/15 - NVC Mailed to embassy / 1/29/15 - Embassy received package / 2/25/15 - packet 3 received

2/26/15 - packet 3 mailed via POS Express / 3/10/15 - packet 4 received / 3/23/15 - Medical Exam

4/7/15 - Interview Date - APPROVED! :joy:/ 4/30/15 - POE @ LAX / 5/5/15 - Applied for SSN card

5/11/15 - Received SSN card / 7/14/15 - Married! / 7/29/15 - Marriage license/Certificate received

AOS Journey:

10/5/2015 - AOS packet mailed via USPS Priorty to Chicago Lock box / 10/7/2015 - Packet received at USCIS Chicago locked box

Amarillo, I sent mine about the same time as you and I am from Cleveland. I am hoping that mine gets sent to CSC as well!! Hoping that maybe they are sending Ohio apps to Cali. My fingers are crossed

October 30th, 2015 Marriage
AOS I131, I765, I465, Filed November 12th, 2015.
NOA August 29th, 2015.
Biometrics completed December 18th, 2015
I465 changed to Ready for Interview December 23rd, 2015.

December 8th 2014: Posted Documents Express Mail.
December 9th 2014: NOA1 text, Hardcopy on Dec 12th.
May 26 2015: NOA 2

June 1st 2015: NOA 2 Received in mail.

June 2nd 2015: Sent to NVC.

June 9th 2015: Received at NVC.

June 11th 2015: Case Number Assigned.

June 15th 2015: NVC Sent To Embassy.

June 16th 2015:Guyana Embassy Received.

June 19th 2015: Package 3 email to Petitioner received.

June 22nd 2015:Package 3 emailed to Consulate

June 23rd 2015: Package 3 received by Consulate

Hi there, I sent in my K-1 Visa application on the 26th of December and received my NOA1 Electronic yesterday. I am so excited that this is officially happening!! The guide here was so useful, and I am so glad I found this place instead of investing money into a lawyer doing what I now know I am capable of doing.

12/22/2014 Sent the I-129f package to Dallas Service Center

12/23/2014 Texas Service Center assigned for the package

12/29/2014 Received text message and electronic NOA1 that indicated my case will be transfered to California Service Center

01/03/2015 Received the hard copy of NOA1

I have a question.. Does the processing center (TSC vs CSC) affect the timeline of the whole k1 process or just the time between noa1 - noa2?

2016-05-10 Called USCIS. Was told to mail a response that my medical is not expired. Did that, then freaked out after seeing people got DENIED doing that. Intercepted my package with USPS Package intercept... Thankfully it worked.
2016-05-18 Mailed new Medical. No status update re: if it was received.
2016-06-07 NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED CASE STATUS UPDATE

Congrats to all of you who have received noa2s!

I have a question.. Does the processing center (TSC vs CSC) affect the timeline of the whole k1 process or just the time between noa1 - noa2?

I believe the entire process until it gets to the nvc

We sent our package in on December 13th, 2014 and I received the NOA1 today (December 23rd, 2014) with a re-routing to the California Service Center!

we both recieved the hard copy same date yay glad were not alone lol

Received TSC: 12-22-14

..the wait, is already killing me :(

January 21, 2020 = My wife is finally a US CITIZEN!! Thank you Jesus! Our long journey is finally over!!

December 18, 2019 = Naturalization Oath Letter Received! THANK YOU JESUS!! The journey is long, but in the end.. it's all worth it

December 17, 2019 = Naturalization Oath Scheduled! i751 Removal of Conditions on Green Card Approved!

December 16, 2019 = "do over" for n400 interview.. was sent to the Adjudicator room.. after a very long wait since it was crowded.. PASSED!

October 8, 2019 = n400 Interview, did not pass. did not fail. what?! yup. was scheduled for a "do over"

May 21, 2019 = Green Card ROC Application transferred to local office for interview

February 21, 2019 = N400 Biometrics Appointment

February 01, 2019 = N400 NOA1 received. Biometric Appointment Scheduled

January 30, 2019 = Files N400 US Citizenship Application (while green card roc is pending)

March 20, 2018 = Biometrics Appt  (i797-C, Notice of Action .. noa1?)

January 30, 2018 = Received I-757 NOA for i-751 petition

January 26, 2018 = Mailed I-751 Removal of Conditions to Vermont Service Center

March 30, 2016 = AOS Approved on the same day!!! YES THANK YOU JESUS!!

March 30, 2016 = Adjustment of Status interview..

December 3, 2015 = Employment Auth & Travel Permit Approved

September 24, 2015 = Filed for Adjustment of Status, Employment Auth, Travel Permit

August 27, 2015 = Married !!!!!!!

July 16, 2015 = CEAC status ISSUED!!! :) OH YES BABY!!! Flight Book to NYC on August 8!!!

July 2, 2015 = Returned to Embassy for fingerprints and brought Passport and 221G documents -- PASSED!!

June 21, 2015 = K-1 Interview .. issued a 221G and was told to come back to do fingerprints

June 16, 2015 = Interview Date from Riyadh Embassy!!! :D Received Packet 4

March 22, 2015 = Readyness Documents Delivered!! yay!

it hasn't even been two weeks since the noa1 receipt..

but i've been reading non-stop horror stories plus knowing the uscis processing table doesn't fill me with hope

it's the strangest feeling.. i wish i can fast forward the months to go by tbh..

were on the same boat.. my fiance keeps on asking me to stop reading coz it makes me more worry and im being a paranoid checking status every now and then lol

I do have a question, now I know it says on the email/text that you should wait until the hard copy receipt is sent to you before you check case status updates-has anyone ever had any luck checking their case status before receiving their hard copy NOA1?
