Yes you should call and check with NVC. In our case we got the noa2 on 28th May and received a letter stating that case has been forwarded to NVC 5th June. When we did call after 2 weeks our case had already been forwarded to the respective consulate.

Just to clarify, you called two weeks after NOA 2 or two weeks after the next letter?

Naturalization Timeline

N-400 app submitted/received: August 22, 2020

Biometric reuse notification: October 22, 2020

Interview Scheduled: November 5, 2020

Interview Date: December 7, 2020 - SUCCESS!

Oath Ceremony mistakenly scheduled (then descheduled!): December 8, 2020

Oath Ceremony Scheduled: December 9, 2020

Scheduled Oath Ceremony: January 8, 2021

 

ROC Timeline

I-797/NOA 1: January 12, 2018

Biometrics appointment: February 22, 2018

18-month I-797: August 10 2018

 

AOS Timeline

NOA 1 for I-485 and I-765: November 9, 2015

Biometrics appointment: December 2, 2015

RFE for I-485: December 3, 2015

EAD card and approval notice received: February 16, 2016

2-year conditional Green Card received: March 26, 2016

Cool, that's what I thought. That's today for us, so I will ask my fiancee to give them a call when she can :)

Just a question.. When can i open a case file inquiry? My NOA1 Date is 11th December. I have done the Math, and they are now overdue... Can I open a file today or do I have to wait until they release their next figures?

OMG! we got approved last night. Received a text at 10 p.m Eastern time. I am not sure my letter to congresswoman that help me approved or just luck. The interview will be in Vietnam but I can't seem to find Vietnam in in the timeline of Visajourney, therefore you see its Armenia.

Every congress has his/her own website, go their website and find contact form, you need to fill out all the info, beneficiary's name and d.o.b SRC...receipt number tell them your reason why you need her helps. why didn't you fill out your timeline?

Congrats! Did you file to TSC and when? I can not wait for that day neither!

Yes will filed with TSC on the 3rd Dec and today my visa was approved.

Hi all!

Just to let you know that we received our approval on June 30th!!! So very happy!

That's 195 with TSC!
