Congrats a huge relief for sure :)

Romans 8:28 - And we know that all things work together for the good of those who love God: those who are called according to His purpose.
Hebrews 11:6 - And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.

Just wanted to share with you all this news to bolster your spirits!

I received NOA2 from TSC...yes TSC! I was getting frustrated due to the 6 month wait.

Hang in there, it will be here soon.

We got our noa2 on 28th may got another notification on 5th June that the case has been forwarded to NVC but haven't heard anything from NVC till date not even a received confirmation. Has now NVC gone into the slow mode ?

Usually takes a week to go from USCIS to NVC. So you should start calling for your case number.

Thanx a lot, we did call the NVC and we were informed that our application has already been sent to the consulate. When I checked the case no provided by NVC on their website, the application was already uploaded and ready for interview. I am guessing I will receive the package from the consulate to schedule the interview.

The surprising thing during the whole process was that we did not receive any notification about application being received by NVC nor about it being forwarded to the consulate.

Glad it's moving along looking forward to being with my fiancée by mid August ??

Congrates to all that have got the NOA2. I got my interview date last friday. I cannot believe that this day has finally arrived.

Fantastic! I look forward to that day for sure. Here's hoping they sort out this computer issue asap so your visa itself isn't delayed any further. When is your interview pencilled in for?

I think the NOA 2 letter my fiancee got said that we shouldn't contact them for 30 days... and to only contact them if she doesn't receive the letter saying the petition has been sent to the embassy by then?

It is in just under a week on th 7th July. I keep double checking all my documents to make sure i have them. They have a issue with the comptuers???

It tooks us about 19 days to get our NVC number, just keep calling and you will get it.

Yes, they had a worldwide computer failure which meant they couldn't print visas! The issue has been sorted in a number of embassies now, including London, so hopefully they are catching up with the backlog quickly.

Okay, so would you recommend us calling already considering that we got NOA 2 nearly 2 weeks ago now?
