Well we lived together the entire time so do I need to highlight the conversations as well? Is this the common practice?

Also, since we need to send statements and bills showing cohabitation and commingling of financial resources spanning the entire TWO years shouldn't we send something from every month?

I am planing on sending 24 months worth of Bank Statements, phone bill for me and wife, one utility bill and one credit card. That is going to be A LOT of paper and a bunch of it is repetitive but I guess it is necessary. Maybe I will just do every other month?

We use AT&T and when I login to our account on their website, I could choose the specific phone number I have made calls to. So I've printed only the calls I've made to my husband and visa versa. Because we don't chat for hours on the phone, living under the same roof, all calls we're just 2-3 mins long (which is a good thing) I printed each month of our marriage. I also put the front page (amount due etc) for each month, cause it had both our names/numbers.
