Has anyone tried the new feature of filing AR11 electronically? I did it I think it was the 2nd day that this feature was made available on Jan 13th. So it is a very new feature. I got a print-out in HTML format and a confirmation after it was submitted. From article that I read about AR11, USCIS should send out a notice in 45 days.

Then I sent out I865 the next weekend. I received a notice that I865 had been received right away. Now I am a little bit worried. Although 45 days is not up yet, I do not if that new feature really worked. I thought it was good to use because it saved me some time. I should have filled out a form and send it in instead.

How long does it your guys to receive a notice that AR11 has been received?

Thank you!

Rebecca

I also did the on-line AR-11 and yes its says that you should get a reciept within 45 days... like you it has not been 45 days since I filed it so I am not worried about it....

If after 45 days are up and I have not heard anything then I will check with USCIS as to what address they hold for me....

That is really good that they are giving notices! I always thought it was bad they didn't since you never know if they really got it..and if they don't then that could maybe mean trouble, so a notice is definitely an improvement!
