Can I send all my AOS and IV Packets before paying IV Fee?

Hi, I would like to know if I can send both packets before paying the fee. I paid my AOS fee of 120 today but don't have enough money to pay for IV until next Friday since I spent a lot on plane ticket to go see my wife for Christmas. So I'm wondering if I should just send the packets and pay IV fee next Friday. Or that's not going to work? Also will it delay the process if I do everything next Friday? Thanks

If all your paperwork is ready send it in, has your IV bill been invoiced yet?

I thought the instructions changed, saying to send all in one packet?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
