My case status was changed today does it mean interview?

Case Was Transferred To A Local USCIS Office

On December 5, 2014, your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number LIN159XXXXXXX, was transferred to our local USCIS office for processing. This office will contact you by mail if it takes action or needs something from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

No. It simply means they transferred your case from Nebraska Service Center to another USCIS local office.

10-14-14--------- received another notification

10-16-14--------- NOA1 in the mail dated 10-09-14 for my dad

10-*****--------- Never received NOA1 for my mom's

11-07-14--------- approved both I-130

11-07-14--------- USCIS shipped both I-130 to NVC

12-19-14--------- Received NVC case number

No I did not get any RFE and it wasn't transferred to another local office. My case was expedited due to typhoon Haiyan that devastated the island last year.
