Thanks for sharing. Also if anyone knows, after how long the case has been sent to the department of state will they receive it?? When can I start calling? ?

I was told by others to wait around 1-2 weeks (dependng on how well I can wait lol), then call to ask did they get it and ask for the case number and stuff.

How long t takes until they receive it is anybody´s guess from what I have seen - it varied a lot and doesnt make much sense, since it all goes from TSC to NVC, shouldt that all be the same?

Ours was sent to Department of State yesterday, so we´ll call the second week of September to see what they say. If by then it has for any chance been sent on to the embassy already, I´ll take it, and if not, at least I wont have spent hours and hours on hold :-D

good luck! fingers crossed they dont screw up NVC and embassies again...

I think you should contact your representative. Not sure why you or other waiting this long are still waiting.

Romans 8:28 - And we know that all things work together for the good of those who love God: those who are called according to His purpose.
Hebrews 11:6 - And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.

After 10 months and 10 days of waiting, yesterday our petition was FINALLY APPROVED! :)

We are beyond happy! – Please refer us to post approval information so that we can begin preparing for what´s next. (what docs to start gathering, applications to begin filling out, fees to be aware of, etc...)

We´re finally past this step! Yaaaaaaaaaayyyy!!!!!!! :)
