Everyone,

We have just received an email notifying us that our NOA2 was approved - literally 5 minutes ago. We are on skype together and as my fiance opened the email and read it aloud I just started crying. We are overjoyed after having waited for almost 7 months. Our date was December 22nd.

We do believe that the congressman we contacted helped us. My fiance called him earlier today to follow up, and he told us that he had sent in an inquiry on July 7th, and that he would send them a follow up email this afternoon. So yes - we do believe this helped and for any of you still waiting - do not lose hope!! It will happen!!

Congrats!!!! Glad to hear you got it!!!!

All ten of the filers before and after my receipt number have now been approved.

Our congressman's office said they put in an inquiry July 9th and that it's on it's way to be reviewed by an officer... They said to contact them if we don't hear anything in 30 days... Hopefully we won't have to contact them.

Who is still waiting? I hope you get your NOA2 soon!

Still waiting here. NOA1 December 22nd. Fingers crossed.

Due to the lack of communication from my lawyer with me, I have decided to go down the congressmen route to get at least some movement.

Lets see what happens from here.

Congresswoman in my area made a inquiry on my behalf June 10, 1 months and 12 days later...STILL NOTHING! her office basically tells me to wait it out and that they couldn't do anything but they will still follow up! Has anyone experienced that?? Do they usually take this long to answer?? December 1 and still crying to get a No2....

keep pushing, you are bound to get results. I feel for everyone still waiting. I wonder if we had the same person working out case. For the longest time I could never get anyone to look at my case until I was approved for the expedite. Sometimes I wonder if there is a super lazy person working at TSC sitting on cases.

Romans 8:28 - And we know that all things work together for the good of those who love God: those who are called according to His purpose.
Hebrews 11:6 - And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.

APPROOOOOVVEEDDD~~~~~~~~~~!!!!!!!!!!
Hurrah!! We finally got our first approval!
Our Congressman made an enquiry on our behalf, and I think it helped. I couldn't swear that it did, but the timing is awfully coincidental. I am so happy~~~
Saying a prayer tonight for everyone still waiting x

Hi Everyone, we recently got approved. My fiance lives in Haiti and I provided his mailing address so he could recieve the documents that would be sent to him. However where he lives the mailing system is not so good and his neighbors in his yard are very jealous he as an american woman and may take his package when it recives and not give it to him. He works at the airpot 9-5 so comes home after 6. My question is can I change his mailing address to mine and I can be the one that recieves his package ?
