Hm.. I decided to check also, my NOA1 is February 9th. 2 numbers ahead of me was processed April 13th. 2.5 months after the number in front of me, I'm still waiting.

Also looking in front of the numbers of that person have not been approved yet, so they must be an expedite or CSC transfer or something..

Honestly... nothing is in order... it can be all over the place at times. In general, they work one month more than another, but within that month can be doing petitions with all sorts of NOA1 dates. Cray cray

Hi all, just wanted to share our good news that we received our approval on June 30th.....195 days of waiting!

I was mid flight to America to visit my fiance when he received the news.....so seeing him at arrivals and then receiving the news was a very happy moment

I am here in America for a month now and then when I get back to England I can start the process back there.

Ok wow... just checked my case status and we were approved! I can't believe it... I feel numb right now.. almost at the 7 month mark.

Thanks ! My fiancé did ask his congressman to inquire about our case last week. Could be coincidence - but I honestly think it helped.

No I just checked our cast status this morning on the USCIS website like I do every morning.

You can google who is the congressperson for your specific area and on their website there is usually a link of "How can we help you" She would have to fill out a form to allow them to inquire USCIS on her behalf. Personally I found out who it was and called their office. They told me everything I had to do and that was it. It can't hurt to try. Some are really helpful, others, not very much.

I contacted my congresswoman a month ago and heard nothing So you guys might be lucky to get someone to help. Hope this helps

Yep, I have tried and they told me to call back at the end of JULY (basically after almost 2 months). So I am at the end of my rope I figured if they wanted to do something for us, they probably would have done it by now. God knows when I'll finally receive my approval

Grrr... how annoying!! I also think that they are working on end of the month ones first - well it seems that way since I have seen more mid to end of the month get approved over early December. I see you are the beginning of the month. Tonkaturn had a theory and it seems pretty legit. If you read further back in this forum. I really do think most of December filers will be accepted this month though!

I saw the theory and it does give me some sort of hope, lol. I've been following this thread for a few months now and I've seen many approvals, I don't think there's a lot of December filers left. I am happy that so many of us are approved but sad because I am still waiting and my NO1 date is Dec 1.
