Nice signature too, coa24 ;) Romans 8:28 is among my favourite verses, also.

Thanks! That is indeed a greay verse and congrats on petition approval :).

Romans 8:28 - And we know that all things work together for the good of those who love God: those who are called according to His purpose.
Hebrews 11:6 - And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.

New poster here, but long time board reader (since Nov 2014). Never did I think it would be 184 days from NOA-1 date and not a peep from TSC.

I was first told by my attorney in Nov. that it would take 60 days and now she says it has never been this slow. Oddly, in Feb. the Congress pulled a funding cut off stunt, have to wonder if that played a factor?

I have noticed a bunch of filers with my same Dec.17, 2014 NOA-1date.

My question to those that might know, does TSC put filers into dated bunches? It just seems that only a few Dec. dates pop up when doing the SRC number search, ex. Dec. 8, Dec.17, and Dec.28.

Good luck to all of us still waiting!!!! It appears that we have boarded a slow Texas boat. And congrats to those lucky few Dec. filers here!

I know it's no consolation to you December filers but I know numerous October filers (me included) that are still waiting. I'm closer to 250 days waiting than I am to 200

I really feel for you. It isn't right that filers that filed after others are getting approved before them. You will have to let us know as soon as you get yours!

Just got an email from my congressman's office with a copy of an email from TSC saying we were approved from the "TSC Congressional Liaison". Apparently my congressman sent the inquiry to them on June 1st. I don't know if it was luck or that, but I recommend contacting your congressman's office. I told them about the whole TSC/CSC situation and our personal story. They never contacted me to tell me they filed the inquiry, they just did it about a week after getting my request and almost 3 weeks later we're approved. They also included my fiance's alien registration number in the email, but I don't really know if that's helpful.

Update: Just got an email from Senator Rubio's office requesting a copy of my NOA1 in order to help me. It sounds like they would have filed an inquiry too despite not being at 8 months.

I hear you when I first did my research most sites said Canadians generally get the fiancé visa anywhere between 2-7 months. I am almost at the 7 month mark for my NOA2 - if I would have known it was going to take this long to get a fiancé visa, I would have gone the spouse visa route.

I contacted my congresswoman last week with a letter fully explained about my case and why i needed her help, today after i read your post it reminded me to call her, just got off the phone with her, she said she contacted USCIS and still waiting for them to get back, not sure how true it is, but I hope to hear a good news soon. I will contact her again next week.

Thanks Canuck16.Until I got an attorney I was going by a friend's advice since he had done a K-1, 4 years ago. He told me I had to make 3 in-home visits to her country (Russia), which we now know is not true. I made 2 in-home stays with her in less than 2 years before I got smart and hired an immigration attorney in my home town. She said I had the best evidence she had ever seen in a K-1, so you just live and learn.

I thought there might be a method to the TSC madness, but so far, there appears to be no method, and all madness.

Good luck and hoping for a speedly approval for all of us still here waiting from 2014!

I'm dreading 10 o'clock because even though I know we are not approved today I'll keep checking and hoping and yet again feeling hurt and powerless....The different emotions that I have in just 1 minute because of this process are endless

Wow, wow, wow, I guess I picked a good and lucky day to join this board! I just checked my email and we are APPROVED!!!! :dancing: at 8:30 pm CST, tonight, June 19th NOA2 date. I am still in shock after the long wait since Dec. Just goes to show all on the board that if have a long standing relationship with plenty of proof evidence in your package, it will happen!!!

Good luck to all of you still waiting, but I am proof that TSC is doing the late Dec. group now!

Congratulations. I know how long a wait it has been. When did you file your petition?

Hebrews 11:6 - And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.

Thanks! My K-1 package was mailed to the Mesquite, Texas Dropbox on November 20, 2014 and I received my hard copy NOA-1 letter on Dec. 19 via snail mail with a received case date of Dec 17th.

Good Luck to the Oct., Nov. and Dec filers still out there!!!!
