Im starting to think that you are right. Maybe they start with dec. But why wouldn't they start at the beginning od the month to work their way to the end? ? Am so confused Edited by waiting4areason

Big congratulations to you guys being approved. I've been eagerly awaiting the end of December approvals in the hopes I may be next. Seeing as there were a few random January approvals from around my NOA1 day I got far too excited. Alas, another few months wait most likely for me. Grr TSC. Anyway, very happy to see you guys approved! ??

Just got approved!! Dec 29 noa1, so way earlier than expected - more hope for all here!

Congrats!

Yeah, we were approved as well. Wow. Someone definitely picked up this particular Dec 29th batch. And this is despite sending a birth certificate I was sure would trigger a RFE - but when we filed we knew a lot less than we do now.

Speedy approvals for all fellow Dec filers!

Congrats!

Fingers crossed! :goofy:

I would advise not to get your hopes up too much though - in my experience the fall is pretty hard.

I myself am planning or August, actually.

I have a question, i wonder if any of you guys will know. Is it possible to switch from a k1 to a k3? Does it start all over? Any help will be greatly appreciated

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong but I think the K3 visa is being phased out with the only options K1 or C1.

Either way you'd have to start over.

i truly trying to guess, i guess they have target to finish with k1 visas specially starting from dec that they are reaching the 5 month or max 6 , no more than that, maybe beacuse starting from dec they can reach the target of 5 month or less more, and the months before that already they exceeded that target, so i think they will try to get approvals within 5 to 6 months by max starting from dec, truly it is so messy in tsc, but what is happening it is truly a good sign, so many dec fillers was expecting to hve the approvals by august or september which i was thinking that would be too much , and i pray now things get better in tsc

I've said this same thing before that I figured they are trying to at least make it appear they are meeting a 5-6 month goal. It also may be that they are waiting for certain things to come back on certain cases and rather than wait they have to move to the next batch/file.

I actually hope that they are going to be done with December by June.. :luv:

I mean according to their timing in March they were doing mid-September .... so more or less June is for December ...right?

Of course you'll never know for sure...

I just hope that they hurry up because it's not fair how they play with people's lives.
