Just TSC just keeping the processing date's better looking.... (one adjudicator processing some forms a few months ahead of the rest)

Based on some recent stats I have done average is 205 days and it's still increasing. The 205 included expedites, without them it's around 220 days. Based on community data

My timelines estimates about 215 days regardless

Well, the early Dec approvals are trickling in. Congrats to the lucky ones!

This is just speculation but I wonder if the petitions are split up by date/country/etc and when something stalls the petition like a background check or other circumstances then it just gets put back into the cycle of adjucators and the adjudicator moves on to the next bin which might explain why you see jumps from sept to nov to oct to dec to aug.

To me that seems a bit counter productive though with good intentions as you don't want to stay caught up by recycling the same petition with issues. But I can only imagine how many petitions out there have problems or things holding them up that an adjudicator can't really control.

To us it seems like folly because most people on this site are either the USC petitioner or a beneficiary who speaks and reads English well enough to have submitted all information to the beneficiary. So we wonder what the heck the hold up is on OUR petition since we know we filled it out. When in reality the hold up may very well be the thousands of others they go through a week.

Or it is different piles and some officers move faster than others. For example Filipino filers who filed at sane time at TSC were approved quickly, but for some odd reason I had to have an expedite approval to move my petition forward.

131 frigging days! :ranting: And probably at least 100 more to go... :cry:

Think positive! You could be the one who is approved in 150 days... I've been seeing quite a handful of those lately!

We're just taking it day by day. It'll be here soon!!
