Good luck :)

Thanks!

Update:

So not really any "helpful" info but at least i got something new...apparently mine had to go out for extra security checks (not sure why, maybe randomly selected...they couldn't give any details) and that took place from Jan until June 16th...as of June 16th my case was back in the processing pool with no issues. That was all the info i received.

I then called USCIS after and asked for a tier 2...she looked and was able to see that as of appx 3:25pm yesterday someone started working on my case...of course i got the normal, "please wait at least 15 days before calling back" spiel, but at least its information...

so overall nothing GOOD, but at least nothing bad yet...here's to hoping this processing doesn't lead to an RFA :o

i literally bought a new printer this morning and printed EVERYTHING we sent to our lawyer originally...so much stuff...

they looked at the receipt (NOA1) and that was it lol...it does recommend everything, and i guess depending on the case maybe they'd need more, but for mine they only needed the infopass printout and the NOA1 document...

:-D thanks, I will let him know!

I am curious to see how it will go - we are at 9 months three weeks tomorrow and as of Monday we were "in background checks", according to a Tier 2...

that is good, at least now you are sure that it is being seen by someone. I hope you hear something soon.

For some reason, I never get a Tier 2 officer to tell me anything about my case ( when now they can all tell me that it is in pause because of the RFE -_- )

ugh....RFE today....there was SOOOO much evidence included...no idea what they could possibly want...

It could be as simple as a missing signature on a document! Wait for the RFE notice and see what it says! Good luck.

It may be nothing major. I received my RFE last week and it was all because apparently I did not answer the criminal history (yes or no question) I got it 5 days later in the mail, answered the question and set it back the very next day. At least now you know that they've been looking at your file :) Good luck
