Not being alone helps a lot - but really, noone should have to wait this long to get one step further in the application.

@ Pranvera-Kreshnik - you are a week ahead of us with your NOA1 and your Timeline says October 8 - last week they just updated their official processing times to October 8 as of April 30. So should you not be able to file a service request? Not that those are always helpful as looking at the September forum shows, but for someting to do that might be helpful? Or have you already done it? We wont be outside reg processing until the next update and I hope to god we hear something before then.

Mena 28 - So my fiance called USCIS yesterday and he spoke with Tier 2 , they told him that we should be approved until July 1 , , we have no choice except to wait, we have to wait wait waittttttt ?

But heyyyy this long wait is killing us ??

We received our RFE on May 21 , for this reason I think we aren't approved yet, but who knows, there are many people that they are approved 3 days or 1 week after RFE, we aren't these lucky people.

We havent even had an RFE or heard anything since NOA1 and we are past 8 months now - like others who got theirs later for no reason known to them.

It would be so nice if the info they give out with regard to timelines was accurate and something to go by. hopefully you wont have to wait much longer.

Hey guys I hope a lot of you guys have and are still receiving their approvals. I have a question...I received a notification through email today about post decision activity after receiving my notice of approval hard copy in the mail June 16 what does this mean?

I filed for a inquiry three weeks ago. Called again today and got to talk to a tier 2. He told me to give it couple more days and til the end of this month is max. And if I still don't hear anything then call back and put in another inquiry. My lawyer is a bunch of ******. She didn't response to my text or phone. Everyday goes by is just another horrible day to me

I know how you feel....sorry to hear about your lawyer...maybe she doesn't know what to say, I don't think anyone knows about the madness with the processing times. How did you file an inquiry, because the date on the site says October 8, I am told that I am still "within processing time" and told to call back when the dates are updated to December

It's funny how she was so sure about my case when I first talked to her. And then she called me back telling me that too many red flags in my case cause it's a same sex. And that's why USCIS takes longer to investigate blah blah blah. I was like really? So I paid her thousands just to hear this after 7 months? I was so pissed that I didn't even talk to her anymore because I knew what she's going to say. Btw, you'll have to ask for a tier 2 then he/she'll help you to file for a inquiry ( depends on how helpful that tier 2 can be).
