Thank you for this thread! While its lovely to see all CSC people getting approved, its a bit annoying to know we'll be waiting for our NOA2 around April-May unless some miracle happens! -1 month dow

Did any of you got a status change on USCIS website? Our status is still "case was received" and it's been more than 1month since NOA1.

I filed in Nov of 2014 and my status still shows that it was received on Nov 12. No change yet, but hoping to get something in the few days!!

one thing i would like to add the date before our approval came i called USCIS opened case inquiry and they gave me ticket # and next day got my approval not sure if it's coincidence but it might be something worth to try good luck everyone.

11/15/2013- Met John

10/27/2014- Proposed

11/26/2014- Sent I-129F

11/28/2014- Package Received

12/03/2014- Electronic Notification

12/09/2014- Received NOA1 in mail (Notice Date 12/02/2014)

*System still says last touched date 12/03 :(

Excruciating Pain

It hurts I know but maybe we all should be positive cause they just updated their processing time to Oct 8th ( as of April 30). Our approval could be anytime now.

I just reached out to my State Senator last week. Should I expect some acknowledgement of receipt and official response to my request?

04/01/2013 - Met online

07/13/2013 - Met in person in Paris, traveled together throughout Europe for 3 weeks - France, Brussels, Italy

10/13/2013 - Celebrated my Anna's birthday together in Prague

01/26/2014 - Met her family for the first time, then traveled together to Zermatt, Switzerland

05/26/2014 - Proposed to her during my visit over Memorial Day Weekend

07/14/2014 - Traveled with me on a business trip to Dublin, Ireland

08/26/2014 - Spent 2 weeks together in Riga, Latvia

11/18/2014 - Filed I-129F and received NOA1 from the USCIS

12/31/2014 - Spent the New Year in St. Petersburg, Russia

02/14/2015 - Spent Valentine's Day together in Zell Am See, Austria

05/26/2015 - Visited her over the Memorial Day Weekend

07/03/2015 - Surprise visit over the 4th of July weekend

07/28/2015 - Received e-mail and text notification that I-129F has been approved

12/28/2015 - Visa Interview in Warsaw, Poland

05/21/2016 - Arrived in the US

06/12/2016 - Got married!!!

I was going to come on here and complain but I can't anymore... I checked my email about 200 times today and on the last check, before giving up .... I almost passed out.

It depends. Some are helpful, some aren't. And mine was one of the "aren't ". Imaging it has been over a month since I contacted my congress and senator. Instead of helping, they told me the same thing that the phone operator from USCIS has told me. And whatever on the website is up to date.

March 2014: met while I was on a study abroad trip in Ecuador & kept in contact with each other after I left


August 2014: visit to Ecuador


November 12 2014: sent I-129f


November 17 2014: I-129f received (Texas Service Center)


November 20 2014: received electronic NOA1


November 24 2014: received hard copy NOA1 in mail


December 2014: visited Ecuador again...officially engaged on 12/12/14!


March 2015: visit to Ecuador for Spring Break


June 10, 2015: NOA2 text/email notification

checking the USCIS tracker app again and i see another approval near me...still nothing for me...

congrats to all the approvals...hopefully they keep rolling in....

Where do you get this USCIS tracker app? I downloaded from the Android Play Store the USCIS app, but it only shows the status of my application, not others. Can you share?

i'm on an iPhone...the app is called USCIS Case Tracker & Searcher....
